The cleaner brings a proof of identification (copy) for you to keep for security/identification purposes.

Ts&Cs

Terms of service provided in this page are to be followed by all our clients.

1.Appointment is only secured once the payment is fully paid to our business bank account.

2.after booking (You will get a call from us confirming the date of cleaning)

3.Cleaners are available from 8h00 to 16h00.

4.The company's responsibility is to make sure that the cleaner gets  to your destination on time.i.e we send directions and constantly checkup by calling the cleaners. the customer may receive calls to confirm if the cleaner has arrived.

5.Our company does not condone stealing or any other unlawful behavior. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all her households/personal belongings are kept safe,The cleaners are willing to present their bags at knock off time for luggage search.

6. Clients must provide correct physical address.

7.Payments are only deposited in our bank account/EFT, Cleaners are paid directly by our company.

REFUND POLICY

We highly appreciate your support for using our service.

The client has a right to cancel 12 hours before cleaning date,after cancelling they can provide a date they will be available on,Our cleaner will gladly come.

cancellations can be made 13 hours prior to cleaning date will not be considered.
